Layout: At the front there is a seating area which converts into two single beds or one double with large storage area underneath. In the middle there is a kitchen, washroom, large storage cupboard and a dinette area with two seats with storage underneath that can be converted into a single bed with the option of another bunk above. At the rear there are two fixed bunk with storage underneath bottom bunk.

Kitchen: The kitchen is very well fitted with plenty of storage cupboards, drawers, and a cutlery drawer. On the left is a Country Leisure 4 burner gas hob, with grill and oven below. On the right is the sink and drainer. The hob has a fold over glass top which provides valuable extra work surface space. This area is then well lit by under counter lights. A three way fridge is built into the units below which means it will work on gas or electric. It can also be used on the 12 volt from your car to hold the temperature whilst you are travelling. The fridge also has a full width freezer compartment rather than the small corner boxes most caravans have.

Washroom: The washroom is very well fitted. It contains a Thetford cassette toilet which you empty from the outside with an indicator light showing when it is full. With a wash basin which has storage cupboards underneath and to the side. There is also a shower.

Main Equipment: Under the seating area or bed the water heater is fitted which provides hot water to the kitchen and bathroom. This heater will work on electric or gas. To keep the caravan warm all the windows are double glazed and there’s a powerful fire in the centre of the caravan which will work on gas or electric. This is aided further by the benefit of blown air. This is an independent fan which circulates air through vents positioned around the caravan. If the fire is on it circulates hot air, keeping all parts of the caravan warm by distributing the heat. It also keeps the washroom warm and dry as there is a vent in there. If the fire is off the blown air system works just as a fan circulating air, ideal in keeping the caravan cool in hot weather.

Other Fitted Equipment Includes: Blackout blinds and fly screens are fitted to all the windows as well as curtains. There is even a fly screen on the exterior door so that it can be left open on warmer days. Other equipment includes a control panel with battery condition gauge and pump running light, battery charger, mains and 12 volt lighting as well as individual reading lights, mains and 12V electric sockets, TV aerial point, drinks cabinet, clock, fitted door mat area and outside light. On the roof is a Status Omni directional aerial which means it will pick up signal from all directions without having to direct it. There is also a booster inside the caravan to enhance the signal further. There’s lots of storage space under the seats which have lift up tops. Further storage is found in the large wardrobe and in the many cupboards and drawers around the caravan. There’s a large table in the caravan which stores away when not being used. The table is the freestanding type which means it can be used on warmer days outside or in the awning. Full vinyl flooring.
Fitted in the roof of the caravan is a Heki roof light. This is like a large sunroof which opens and is fitted with an integral blind and fly screen. This skylight lets a lot of extra light into the caravan making it feel lighter and brighter. The spare wheel has been fitted under the van so there is more storage space in the front of the van.

The inside of the caravan is bone dry and all walls and the floor are solid, and in really nice condition, the outside of the van as 3 or 4 small dinks but still looks really good. I live about a mile from Lands End so storage could be arranged or I will deliver anywhere on the mainland for cost of the trip.

Now the faults,
One grab handle has snapped off at the front of the van as seen in pictures • Two blind rails has come away but these are easily fixed when pitched up • A little damp area around one of the side windows but this window is in the awning when pitched up.

This is an ideal starter caravan for anyone who is wanting to progress from a tent or wanting to start caravaning. The inside pictures don’t do it justice as they where taken when the blinds where down.

The caravan is currently under a winter cover which is protecting it from the bad weather we have had of late. Viewing is a must!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
